Description

 Иссечение дивертикула тонкой кишки (дивертикулэктомия). Подавление слепой мешковидной проекции стенки тонкой кишки. Дивертикулэктомия выполняется с помощью простых дивертикулов. Необходимость удаления дивертикула тонкой кишки продиктована вероятностью дивертикулита, кровотечения, перфорации, обструкции осложнения. Во время операции, чтобы обнаружить дивертикул, тонкая кишка надувается воздухом с помощью назо-кишечной трубки. Обнаруженный дивертикул иссекают клиновидной со стенкой кишечника, полученный дефект ушивают двойным швом. При дивертикулезе показана резекция тонкой кишки с сквозным анастомозом.
