Description

 Элиминация полипов тонкой кишки показана в связи с вероятностью изъязвления слизистой оболочки, кровотечением, развитием кишечной непроходимости и злокачественностью полипов. Удаление полипов из тонкой кишки достигается путем энтеротомии и удаления или сегментарной резекции пораженного участка кишечника. При распространении нескольких полипов просвет кишки открывается в нескольких местах, сочетая энтеротомию и резекцию тонкой кишки. Проксимальные и дистальные полипы тонкой кишки могут быть удалены путем наркоза во время трансоректальной или трансректальной энтероскопии.
