Description

 Инъекция дипроспана для лечения очаговой алопеции включает внутрикожное введение пролонгированного глюкокортикоида дипроспана в очаги алопеции. Интрафокальные инъекции дипроспана производят с использованием инсулинового шприца из расчета 0,1 мл препарата на 2 см² пораженного участка кожи с последующим нанесением окклюзионной повязки. Инъекции проводятся с интервалом 1-3 недели с курсом не более 10 процедур. Восстановление роста волос в зонах алопеции происходит через 4-6 недель. Внутрикожные инъекции не выполняются в передних теменных и височных областях из-за вероятности попадания препарата в сосуды сетчатки, что приводит к слепоте.
