Description

 Щелочная ингаляция проводится с использованием пищевой соды или щелочных минеральных вод: «Боржоми», «Нарзан», «Ессентуки» и ; Методика облегчает отхождение мокроты, уменьшает отек слизистой оболочки дыхательных путей, стимулирует кашлевой рефлекс. Щелочная ингаляция используется при ангине, трахеите, бронхите и инфекционной бронхиальной астме. Лечение противопоказано при общей гипертермии, гипертонии, дыхательной и сердечно-сосудистой недостаточности, частых носовых кровотечениях. Ингаляционную композицию предварительно нагревают на водяной бане. Продолжительность сеанса 10-15 минут.
