Description

 Введение антицитомегаловирусного иммуноглобулина используется в качестве нейтрализующей и иммуномодулирующей терапии цитомегаловирусной (ЦМВ) инфекции. Иммунопрофилактика показана беременным с цитомегалией для профилактики гестационной патологии (выкидыш, фетоплацентарная дисфункция, антенатальная гибель плода), женщинам с отягощенным анамнезом, планированию беременности, взрослым пациентам с поражениями ЦНС. Антицитомегаловирусный иммуноглобулин используется для лечения проявлений ЦМВ-инфекции у новорожденных и детей младшего возраста, рожденных от инфицированных женщин. Препарат вводят внутримышечно курсом 4-5 инъекций с интервалом 2-5 дней между ними. Вакцинация живыми вакцинами возможна через 2-3 месяца после иммуноглобулиновой профилактики.
