Description

 Назоинтестинальная интубация. Интраоперационные хирургические манипуляции, ядром которых является введение зонда через носовой проход в тонкую кишку. Он проводится с целью декомпрессии кишечного тракта при непроходимости кишечника, энтеросорбции и энтеральном питании в послеоперационном периоде. Интубация кишечника проводится совместно анестезиологом и хирургом. Анестезиолог вводит зонд через носовой проход в желудок. Хирург со стороны лапаротомной раны захватывает конец зонда одной рукой через стенку желудка, продвигается в двенадцатиперстную кишку, ведет к тощей кишке и далее дистально к илеоцекальному углу. В конце манипуляции проверьте положение и проницаемость зонда.
