Description

 Удаление язв желудка / двенадцатиперстной кишки является самостоятельным вмешательством из-за перфорации или кровотечения из язвы. Иссечение 12 язв двенадцатиперстной кишки осуществляется широким пограничным разрезом в неизмененных тканях с последующим закрытием дефекта и пилоропластикой. Небольшую язву желудка рассекают в форме клина с дефектом стенки шва в поперечном направлении. Основная язва рассекается по малой кривизне желудка с продольным швом дефекта, что предотвращает деформацию желудка в виде песочных часов. В некоторых случаях иссечение язвы заканчивается гастроеюностомозом, прилипшим к полости, образовавшейся после иссечения дефекта стенки желудка.
