Description

 Расширение подколенной артерии / стента. Эндоваскулярные рентгенологические вмешательства, направленные на расширение просвета подколенной артерии с помощью баллонной ангиопластики и имплантации внутрисосудистого стента. Расширение и стент подколенной артерии показаны в ее стенотических поражениях. После диагностической ангиографии через тонкостенную иглу в бедренную артерию вводится проводник, по которому в стеноз подколенной артерии вводится расширенный баллонный катетер. После выполнения эндоваскулярной дилатации путем надувания баллона и расширения просвета сосуда в ранее стенозированном месте устанавливается специально подобранное каркасное устройство: стент.
