Description

 Смещение подколенной стопы. Методика прямой реваскуляризации нижней конечности путем наложения сосудистого анастомоза между подколенной артерией и артерией стопы. Шунт стопы и стопы показан при облитерирующем поражении большеберцовых артерий и при развитии ишемической травмы стопы. При реконструкции подколенной стопы проксимальная часть анастомоза формируется в соответствии с типом конца трансплантата на стороне подколенной артерии, выполняется через подкожный туннель голени, а дистальный конец соединяется с артерией ноги. Автофильные или синтетические протезы диаметром 5 мм могут служить материалом для обхода подколенного заднего отклонения.
