Description

 Дилатация / стентирование большеберцовой артерии. Рентгенэндоваскулярные процедуры на артериях голени, включая расширение баллона и стентирование в просвет сосуда. Показанием к расширению и стентированию большеберцовой артерии служит окклюзионное стенотическое поражение артерий голени, если реконструктивная шунтирующая операция невозможна. Расширение большеберцового баллона выполняется трансфеморальной или плацентарной резекцией с использованием периферического баллонного катетера. Эндоваскулярное расширение осуществляется путем надувания баллона под давлением. Чтобы исключить рестеноз в просвете большеберцовой артерии, установлен стент.
