Description

 Удаление инородного тела из верхнечелюстной пазухи. Операция, в ходе которой хирург удаляет пломбировочный материал из верхнечелюстной пазухи, попавший туда в результате перфорации дна пазухи во время лечения зубов, или других посторонних предметов. Это выполняется, когда симптомы появляются из-за присутствия инородного тела (тяжесть, боль, выделения из носа) или обнаружения бессимптомной патологии во время инструментальных исследований (рентген, КТ, МРТ ). Цель вмешательства - предотвратить развитие осложнений или устранить последствия попадания постороннего предмета в полость пазухи. Удаление инородного тела из верхнечелюстной пазухи обычно выполняется эндоскопически, реже через разрез в области десны.
