Description

 Удалить полипы среднего уха. Хирургическое удаление доброкачественных опухолей барабанной перепонки или слизистой оболочки среднего уха, которое обычно происходит в условиях гнойного среднего отита. Целью хирургической процедуры является восстановление дренажа барабанной полости, устранение противовоспалительных состояний, предотвращение развития потери слуха, внутричерепных осложнений и злокачественности полипа. Полипы среднего уха удаляются амбулаторно под местной анестезией. Ноги отрезаются специальной петлей, конхотом или кюреткой. Рана травится трихлоруксусной кислотой или нитратом серебра.
