Description

 Эндоскопическая диссекция рубцового стеноза пищевода. Методы эндоскопического расширения просвета пищевода путем электрохирургического рассечения рубцовой ткани. Это показано для плотных шрамов и общих стенозов, которые не допускают бужирование. Стриктуры пищевода срезаются высокочастотным током с помощью режущих электродов - папиллотома или диатермического кольца. Под контролем эндоскопа электрод подается через его рабочий канал к рубцовым тканям, после чего они дозируются электроразрезом на необходимую глубину. Эндоскопическая диссекция стриктур дополнительно интегрируется в бужирование.
