Description

 Пластиковый пищевод трансплантация. Замена частично или полностью удаленного пищевода аутотрансплантатом, сформированным из желудка. Возможны аппликации всего желудка, антиперистальтическая и изоперистальная желудочная трансплантация для коррекции пищевода. Наиболее распространенным и функциональным является метод эзофагогастрофии с использованием изоперистальтического ствола желудка, который вырезается из большей кривизны желудка, сохраняя при этом его небольшую кривизну и небольшое дно. Трансплантаты пищевода через желудочный трансплантат могут быть одностадийными или многостадийными: в последнем случае пациент временно питается наложенной гастростомой.
