Description

 Пищеводные стомы и анастомозы. Формирование искусственного свища и свища пищевода. Эзофагостомия выполняется при необходимости, чтобы исключить попадание слюны и пищевых масс в пищевод. Наложение пищеводных анастомозов выполняется после выполнения хирургических резекций пищевода и гастрэктомии с целью восстановления целостности и непрерывности пищеварительного тракта. Характер анастомоза зависит от уровня резекции и может заключаться в соединении пищевода с культей желудка (эзофагогастроанастомоз) или тощей кишки (эзофагиоеджюностомия). Наиболее частыми осложнениями после наложения пищеводных анастомозов являются рубцовые стриктуры и недостаточность швов пищеводно-желудочной и пищеводно-кишечной трещин.
