Description

 Диафрагмальная грыжа пластика. Хирургическое ушивание грыжевого кольца на мышечной стенке диафрагмы с использованием местных тканей или синтетических материалов. Пластическая хирургия диафрагмальной грыжи выполняется путем абдоминального доступа (трансабдоминальный, трансторакальный) или эндохирургического (лапароскопический, торакоскопический). В большинстве случаев после удаления содержимого грыжевого мешка грыжа отверстия диафрагмы зашивается U-образными швами и создается дубликат. Для укрытия и укрепления крупных дефектов диафрагмы используйте местные ткани, фасцию бедра или полимерные материалы (полипропиленовая сетка), которые окружены соседними тканями.
