Description

 Илеоректальный анастомоз перекрывается. Реконструктивное вмешательство направлено на восстановление непрерывности кишечного тракта после тотальной колэктомии с образованием кишечного свища между подвздошной кишкой и прямой кишкой. Наложение илеоректального анастомоза может выполняться одновременно (сразу после колэктомии) или в два этапа. При двухэтапной операции вначале выполняется полная резекция толстой кишки с применением профилактической брюшной колостомы; затем, через 4-6 месяцев, после того, как воспаление стихает и состояние пациента улучшается, формируется подвздошно-ректальный анастомоз типа конец в сторону или конец в конец .
