Description

 Эндоскопический холедоховый стент. Способ коррекции рубцовых и опухолевых стенозов общего желчного протока методом ретроградного эндопротезирования через канал дуоденоскопа. Эндоскопическое стентирование холедоха выполняется после предварительной RHPG, что позволяет уточнить локализацию и расширение стеноза, эндоскопической папиллосфинотеротомии, бугенеза и дилатации баллонов протоков. Саморасширяющийся металлический или пластиковый желчный стент направляется в общий желчный проток через дуоденоскоп в сжатом состоянии. Когда стент попадает в просвет холедоха, он расширяется, предотвращая рецидив стеноза.
