Description

 Эндоскопическая баллонная дилатация сфинктера Одди. Малоинвазивный метод ретроградного расширения сфинктера гепато-панкреатической ампулы, альтернатива папилло-сфинктеротомии. Эндоскопическая баллонная дилатация сфинктера Одди показана при папилостенозе и холедохолитиазе. Селективная канюляция и контрастирование желчных путей выполняются заранее через дуоденоскопический канал для определения показаний к расширению баллона. Проводник вставляется в сфинктер зоны Одди и устанавливается цилиндр необходимого диаметра. После наполнения баллона 1-2 дилатации выполняются в течение от 30 секунд до 1 минуты. В конце дилатации баллон десульфатируется и удаляется.
