Description

 Эндоскопическое бужирование стриктуры внепеченочных желчных протоков. Малоинвазивное внутрипротоковое вмешательство, направленное на реканализацию стриктуры с помощью специальных буг, введенных ретроградно через дуоденоскоп. Эндоскопический бужирование направлено на обеспечение адекватного дренирования желчных протоков, разрешение механической желтухи и холангита. Бужирование стриктур опухоли выполняется после выполнения РПГГ и эндоскопической папилло-сфинктеротомии и позволяет расширить внепеченочные протоки в зоне сужения до 4 На следующих этапах обычно проводят баллонную дилатацию и артропластику.
