Description

 Внутриполостная химиотерапия. Региональное введение противоопухолевых препаратов в полость тела. Существуют внутриплевральный, внутрибрюшинный, внутрипузырный, эндолюмбальный и другие способы введения химиотерапии. Внутриполостные цитостатические инфузии показаны при серопозитивности опухолей (рак плеврита, асцит, перикардит), рака мочевого пузыря, нейронологических заболеваний. В отличие от системной химиотерапии, при которой цитостатики попадают в кровоток и воздействуют на весь организм, при местном введении высокие концентрации лекарств создаются непосредственно в зоне опухолевого процесса. Это повышает целевую эффективность химиотерапии и снижает тяжесть распространенных побочных эффектов.
