Description

 Удаление абсцесса мозга вместе с капсулой. Хирургическое удаление абсцесса с окружающим влагалищем. Это радикальный метод лечения этой патологии. Это выполняется во время повторного появления абсцесса после его дренирования или аспирации с поверхностным расположением абсцесса с плотной мембраной. Полное удаление трудно или невозможно при глубоких абсцессах, а также у пациентов с тяжелой сопутствующей соматической патологией. На начальном этапе выполняется трепанация черепа, затем в ткани мозга выделяется абсцесс, и его удаление проводится вместе с капсулой без вскрытия полости. Осложнение операции может быть разрывом капсулы с гноем, вливающимся в операционное поле.
