Description

 Рентгенэндоваскулярная окклюзия дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки. Транскатетерный метод для закрытия патологического отверстия между желудочками сердца с помощью специальных окклюзионных устройств различной конструкции. Установка окклюзионной системы выполняется во время эндоваскулярной хирургии с использованием катетера, вставленного в вену правого желудочка. Через межжелудочковое отверстие катетер направляется в левый желудочек и освобождает часть окклюзионной системы, затем, подтягивая катетер в правый желудочек, освобождает его вторую часть и закрывает дефект перегородки с обеих сторон. Операция завершается рентгеновским и эхо-КГ контролем.
