Description

 Закрытие дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки. Хирургическое устранение патологической связи между левым и правым желудочками с помощью серии хирургических швов. Для закрытия ДМЖП с максимум 1 Целью сшивания дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки является восстановление морфологии и функции структур сердца, устранение патологической артериовенозной секреции. Операция выполняется путем стернотомного доступа через разрез в стенке правого желудочка или предсердия в бессосудистой области. Закрытие дефекта привело к образованию U-образных или прерывистых швов. В случае небольшого ВСД, операция может быть выполнена без ИК при черепно-мозговой гипотермии.
