Description

 Рентгенэндоваскулярная окклюзия открытого овального окна. Методы транскатетерного закрытия аномалии межпредсердной перегородки с использованием окклюдерной системы. Эндоваскулярная окклюзия овального окна выполняется под рентгенологическим контролем и эхокардиограммой путем введения проводника с окклюзионной системой в правое предсердие через бедренную вену. Конструкция окклюдера обеспечивает его открытие и фиксацию по обеим сторонам овального отверстия в межпредсердной перегородке и устранение патологических венозно-артериальных выделений из крови. Эндоваскулярная рентгенологическая окклюзия открытого овального окна не требует рассечения грудины, открытия предсердия и инфракрасного излучения.
