Description

 Радикальная резекция молочной железы. Широко распространенная экстракция участка ткани молочной железы (до 1 / 3-1 / 2 ее объема), включая нижнюю фасцию большой грудной мышцы, большой грудной мышцы, жировой ткани с субклиническими лимфатическими узлами - ключицы, подмышечные и подкапулярные. Радикальная резекция молочной железы показана на ранней стадии рака молочной железы, с диаметром участка опухоли до 3 его расположением в верхнем наружном квадранте, достаточным объемом молочной железы и отсутствие метастазов в лимфатических узлах. После радикальной резекции необходима лучевая терапия. Послеоперационный период может осложняться обильной лимфореей, нагноением раны, нарушением подвижности плечевого сустава.
