Description

 Удаление неглиальной интрацеребральной опухоли. Хирургическое иссечение опухоли неглиального происхождения (аденома, неврома, краниофарингиома и ). Полное устранение новообразования возможно только при его доброкачественном развитии и прорастании в ткани мозга в узкой зоне, образующей ствол. Опухоль со значительным прорастанием частично удалена. В случае неработоспособности, для восстановления оттока спинномозговой жидкости или декомпрессии головного мозга применяется шунт, в зависимости от расположения опухоли. После удаления неглиальной интрацеребральной опухоли могут возникнуть осложнения, связанные с анестезией и вмешательством в мозг, и рецидив неоплазии.
