Description

 Наложение холецистогастростомии (холецистогастростомия). Тип холецистодигестивного анастомоза; формирование хирургического свища между желчным пузырем и желудочной полостью. Холецистогастростомия показана для восстановления прохождения желчи с фатальной непроходимостью главного желчного протока. Основными этапами хирургического наложения тотального холецистоза являются: лапаротомия, сближение стенок желчного пузыря и желудка до соприкосновения, вскрытие их просвета и наложение швов на губы анастомоз. Холецистогастростомия встречается значительно реже, чем холецистодуоденостомия и холецистоэнтерия.
