Description

 Наложение холецистодуоденостомии (colecistoduodenostomy). Вариант холецистичного анестомоза; операция по формированию свища между желчным пузырем и двенадцатиперстной кишкой. Холецистодуоденостомия проводится для восстановления оттока желчи в желудочно-кишечный тракт при необратимой обструкции желчного протока, вызванной сдавлением опухоли сосочка Ватера или головки поджелудочной железы. Холецистодуоденостомия предпочтительнее, чем холецистогастростомия, поскольку она позволяет выделять желчь непосредственно в двенадцатиперстную кишку. Наложение холецистодуоденостомии может быть выполнено открытым или лапароскопическим методом.
