Description

 Удаление камней желчного пузыря и протоков. Извлечение камней из желчных протоков. Удаление желчных камней из желчных протоков может быть выполнено хирургическим путем (холедохотомия) или во время эндоскопической процедуры (терапевтическая ERCP с эндоскопической литоэкстракцией). В первом случае во время лапароскопии или лапаротомии проводится холедохолитотомия, ревизия желчных протоков с последующим удалением камней. Удаление желчных камней в ERCP выполняется с помощью гибкого дуоденоскопа под рентгенографическим контролем. Для крупных камней может потребоваться предварительное рассечение соска Ватера или литотрипсия желчевыводящих путей. Изолированное удаление везикулярных камней путем холецистотомии оправдывается простыми расчетами, отсутствием воспаления желчного пузыря и хорошей проницаемостью пузырного протока.
