Description

 Ревизия тазобедренного сустава выполняется, когда имплантат нестабилен в результате ослабления имплантата, перелома эндопротеза (так называемый усталостный перелом - повреждение зубного протеза, вызванное усталостью металла), инфекции искусственного сустава, износа деталей или механического повреждения протеза. Во время ревизионного эндопротеза поврежденный имплантат удаляется и заменяется новым эндопротезом. Противопоказанием к установке нового протеза является инфекция искусственного сустава, значительное разрушение костной ткани в области прикрепления имплантата, тяжелое общее состояние пациента.
