Description

 Реконструктивные операции на висцеральных висцеральных ветвях включают восстановительные вмешательства на чревном стволе и верхней брыжеечной артерии в случае поражения. В компрессионном сужении чревного ствола хирургическая декомпрессия была продемонстрирована путем разрезания структур, вызывающих давление. При окклюзии чревного ствола проводится эндартерэктомия - удаление внутреннего слоя модифицированного сегмента с облитерирующими массами. Рентгенэндоваскулярные вмешательства для сужения ветвей висцеральной аорты включают их расширение и стентирование. При необходимости резекцию измененной стенки сосуда проводят на висцеральных ветвях аорты. В случае брыжеечного тромбоза показана тромбоэмболэктомия.
