Description

 Расширение с помощью аортального стента. Техника ангиопластики с рентгеновским эндоваскулярным баллоном с установкой внутрисосудистого эндопротеза для стенотического поражения аорты и ее ветвей. Расширение / стент аорты выполняется путем доступа к пункции через бедренную артерию под контролем рентгеновских лучей. Баллонный катетер с фиксированным стентом расположен в области аортального стеноза. Когда баллон надувается, происходит одновременная установка стента, который в дальнейшем будет поддерживать адекватный внутрисосудистый просвет. Эндоваскулярный стент аневризмы устраняет патологическую область аорты из кровотока, устраняет риск разрыва аневризматического мешка и является альтернативой резекции аневризмы брюшной полости.
