Description

 Резекция аневризмы грудной аорты. Иссечение аневризматического мешка с последующим закрытием или резецированной грудной аортой. Операции при аневризме грудного отдела аорты имеют свои особенности в зависимости от положения (восходящая аневризма, нисходящая аорта, дуга аорты) и ее типа (мешковидный, веретенообразный). В случае саккулярной аневризмы грудного отдела аорты краевая резекция аневризматического мешка выполняется с наложением швов или на лоскут аорты. Лечение веретенообразной аневризмы дуги восходящей, нисходящей и дуги аорты требует резекции протезами в условиях ИК. В случае поражения аортального клапана, сосудистый протез трансплантируется с клапаном и повторно имплантированными коронарными артериями.
