Description

 Операция по аневризме аорты состоит из резекции аневризматического выпячивания и закрытой аорты или эндопротеза аневризмы с использованием специального внутрисосудистого протеза. Запланированные операции выполняются в случае больших аневризм аорты любой этиологии, при наличии боли или сдавления соседних анатомических структур, нарушениях регионарной или системной гемодинамики. Срочная операция показана при осложненном течении аневризм - эмболизации периферических артерий, отрицательной клинической и рентгенологической динамике, расслоении или разрыве. В сосудистой хирургии были разработаны процедуры для операций в грудной области, брюшной аорте, грудном отделе брюшной полости и субренальной области и в дуге аорты.
