Description

 Кондуктивная анестезия в урологии. Это введение растворов местных анестетиков (лидокаин, тримекаин) в выход стволов спинного мозга, которые иннервируют органы мочевыделительной системы. Раствор обволакивает нерв и блокирует передачу чувствительных импульсов через него, обеспечивая тем самым обезболивающий эффект. Проводящая анестезия применяется при урологических операциях на мочевом пузыре, мочеиспускательном канале и в нижней трети мочеточника; для уретероскопии, в некоторых случаях диагностическая цистоскопия.
