Description

 Ампутация, вычленение верхних конечностей. Отключение вмешательств по состоянию здоровья. Во время операции врач ставит перед собой две цели: спасти жизнь пациента и создать культю, гарантирующую наилучшее использование протеза. Основными показаниями ампутации, вычленения верхних конечностей являются травматические поражения с потерей жизнеспособности части конечности (полное или частичное отделение с разрушением периферических отделов, дробление, раздавливание). Операции выполняются при повреждении магистральных сосудов при недостаточном кровоснабжении и гангрене конечности, глубоких ожогах с признаками нежизнеспособности дистального сегмента, поражениях костей и суставов.
