Description

 Вправление вывиха ВНЧС. Восстановление нормального взаиморасположения суставных поверхностей височно-нижнечелюстного сустава при его передних и задних вывихах. Производится в экстренном порядке под местным обезболиванием или проводниковой анестезией. Метод вправления определяется видом и давностью повреждения, при свежих передних вывихах применяются способы Гиппократа, Гиршуни , при застарелых передних - методика Попеску, при задних - перемещение нижней челюсти книзу, а затем кпереди. После вправления вывиха ВНЧС накладывают иммобилизационную повязку сроком от 1 до 3 недель, в периоде восстановления рекомендуют воздержаться от употребления твердой пищи.
