Pharmacological action

 Ингибирующее костную резорбцию, регулирующее кальций-фосфорный обмен.
 Подавляет активность остеокластов и стимулирует образование и активность остеобластов. Препятствует резорбции костной ткани и стимулирует процессы фиксации в ней кальция и фосфатов, угнетает остеолиз.

Indications for use

 Болезнь Педжета (у взрослых).

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность, тяжелая почечная недостаточность, юношеская болезнь Педжета.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

 Противопоказано.

Side effects

 Боли в области живота, тошнота, понос.

Interaction

 Несовместим с солями кальция (разрыв между приемом должен быть не менее 2 ч). Не следует сочетать с препаратами, действующими локально в ЖКТ, антацидами и индометацином.

Application precautions

 С осторожностью назначают пациентам с нарушением функции почек. Во время лечения необходим прием кальция (через 2 и более часов после Скелида) и витамина D. Нельзя применять в течение 2 ч до или после приема любой пищи или напитков.
