Pharmacological action

 Гепатопротективное, гидратирующее.

Indications for use

 Экстрацеллюлярная дегидратация. поражение печени. повышенное внутричерепное давление. глаукома. кахексия. острое алкогольное опьянение. дефицит глюкозы в до- и послеоперационный период.

Contraindications

 Гиперчувствительность. отравление метанолом. лактатацидоз. декомпенсированный сахарный диабет. тяжелая застойная сердечная недостаточность. отек легких. олигурия. анурия.

Side effects

 Тромбофлебит (при быстром введении); при передозировке - прилив крови к лицу, потливость, боли в эпигастрии, лактатацидоз.

Method of drug use and dosage

 В/в. Взрослым - с максимальной скоростью 100 капель/мин для 5% раствора или 40 капель/мин для 10% раствора, детям - 0,25 г/кг.
