Противопоказания Parnaparin sodium.

 Гиперчувствительность. Сниженная свертываемость крови (геморрагический диатез. Тромбоцитопения. Дефицит факторов свертывания). Язва желудка. Двенадцатиперстной и подвздошной кишки. Язвенный колит. Острый бактериальный эндокардит (за исключением вызванного механическими протезами). Геморрагический инсульт.

Побочные эффекты Parnaparin sodium.

 Кровотечения (из ран. С поверхности кожи. ЖКТ. Слизистых оболочек). Тромбоцитопения. Повышение уровня печеночных трансаминаз в плазме крови. Местные: гиперемия, инфильтрация и болезненность, гематома, некроз кожи.
