Description

 Синдром «серых тромбоцитов» (grey platelet syndrome) - генетическое нарушение секреции тромбоцитов, при котором сокращается их количество.

Symptoms

 Клинически: увеличение размеров тромбоцитов, серая окраска. Дабо; раторно: снижение количества а-гранул и тромбоцитспецифических белков а-гранул.
 Клиническая картина определяется основным заболеванием, вызвавшим тромбоцитопению.

Reasons

 Данный синдром имеет генетическую этиологию.

Treatment

 Лечение только симптоматическое.
