 Артериальная гипотензия. преходящее ощущение тепла. покраснение кожных покровов. слабость. головокружение. тошнота. диарея. анорексия. гастралгия. При длительном назначении высоких доз - снижение толерантности к глюкозе, повышение активности печеночных трансаминаз и щелочной фосфатазы, гиперурикемия.
