Description

 Исследования соскобов кожи и слизистых оболочек позволяют выявить или исключить наличие грибковых, паразитарных, инфекционных заболеваний. Материал берется из патологических очагов кожи и ее придатков (за исключением слизистой оболочки половых органов). Для анализа могут использоваться чешуйки кожи и ногтевой пластинки, ресницы, отслоение язвенных элементов и другие биоматериалы. Эта группа микроскопических исследований включает скрининг на патогенные грибы, демодекс, чесотку, спирохеты. Это самые простые и быстрые диагностические тесты, используемые в практике дерматологии и венерологии. По результатам исследования соскобов кожи и слизистых оболочек назначается соответствующее лечение.
