Description

 Некрэктомия. Этап хирургического лечения ран, заключающийся в удалении неживой (некротической) ткани. Применяется при лечении гнойных ран, лечении глубоких ожогов, обморожений, гнойных очагов (абсцессы, мастит, флегмона, остеомиелит и ). На первом этапе некротическая ткань разрезается продольными разрезами для обеспечения оттока экссудата и обезвоживания мертвой области. Затем удалите неживую ткань на полную глубину - в здоровые слои. Критерием полного удаления области некроза является появление капиллярного кровотечения из «живых» тканей. Операция может быть завершена наложением повязки на открытую рану, ушивание раны или кожный трансплантат.
