Description

 Неинвазивная пренатальная диагностика. Комплексные лабораторные анализы крови беременной для раннего выявления нарушений плода при заболеваниях плода, хромосомах и генах. Он включает внутриутробные биохимические анализы, включая анализы крови на PAPP-A, AFP, NE, бета-ХГЧ и ДНК плода в крови матери. Результаты используются в генетике, акушерстве и гинекологии. Биохимические тесты в пренатальных тестах показаны всем беременным женщинам, анализ ДНК плода относится к женщинам с риском развития хромосомной и генной патологии. Материалом для исследования является кровь из вены. В зависимости от теста используются иммуноферментный анализ, полимеразная цепная реакция, анализ фрагментов флуоресценции и секвенирование. Подготовка результатов длится от 1 до 15 дней.
