Description

 Синдром считается этапом течения энцефалитов и при отсутствии грубых неврологических очаговых расстройств обычно обратим.

Symptoms

 Симптомы неспецифичны и варьируют в зависимости от вида возбудителя и возраста начала инфекции. В неврологической картине возможны парезы, глухота, афазия, апраксия, акалькулия. В эмоциональном состоянии - апатия, органическая астения. Снижение способности к умозаключениям и суждениям, утрата продуктивности. Бессонница и снижение аппетита. Временная социальная дезадаптация обусловлена когнитивным дефицитом.

Reasons

 Причиной является вирусный и бактериальный энцефалит.

Treatment

 Наряду с ноотропами и транквилизаторами применяется рассасывающая терапия.
