Description

 Анализ антител к вирусу краснухи позволяет определить наличие или отсутствие специфического иммунитета к вирусному возбудителю, а также длительность заражения. Наличие IgM к вирусу краснухи свидетельствует о недавнем заражении или наличии заболевания в данный момент - они сохраняются в течение 2-3 месяцев. IgG появляется через 3-4 недели после заражения и остается на всю жизнь. Важную роль в диагностике играет динамика титра IgG, их жадность (способность нейтрализовать антигены). Стоимость зависит от типа обнаруженных антител, дополнительных анализов (авидность, иммуноблот).
