Description

 Вскрытие кипения направлено на создание условий для дренирования гнойного дренажа из сформированного очага, чтобы обеспечить адекватный дренаж и санацию раны. Хирургическое вскрытие кипения происходит с образованием абсцесса и отсроченным отторжением некротического стержня. После промывки операционного поля хлорэтилом или местной инъекции новокаина антибиотиком фурункулы открывают острым скальпелем, удаляют гнойное содержимое, полость промывают антисептиком и осушают марлей или резиновой вставкой. Повязка с физиологическим раствором или антибактериальной мазью наносится на рану.
