Description

 Myoplasty. Транспонировать всю мышцу или ее лоскут, чтобы восполнить дефект ткани и / или восстановить функцию пораженного участка. В травматологии его обычно используют для заполнения больших полостей и уменьшения вероятности рецидива при хроническом остеомиелите в случаях, когда восстановление костной ткани не является необходимостью и является задачей повышенной сложности. В онкологии методика применяется для предотвращения нарушения функции после радикальной мастэктомии, в челюстно-лицевой хирургии - для восстановления подвижности парализованных мышц лица. Операция проводится планово, под общим наркозом. Доступ, объем и методика вмешательства определяются целями миопластики.
